Hello YOU!

How have YOU been?

Have you been treating YOU well?

No, I have not gone crazy on the YOU. But self-talk is needed in some moments — because we can be so hard on our own selves at times. We pour into others. We show up for others. We make time for others. And somewhere in all of that, we quietly move ourselves to the bottom of the list.

Not today.

Today is a pause. A full stop in the middle of this journey. A moment that belongs entirely to YOU.

YOU Deserve It

Remember — YOU are unique. And because you are unique, you deserve to be treated with care and compassion.

You deserve strength. You deserve laughter. You deserve honesty. You deserve the very best.

But here is the question I really want to sit with you on today: do YOU believe what you say?

It is one thing to read those words and nod. It is another thing entirely to actually believe them — to live as though they are true, to make decisions from that place, to hold yourself with the same tenderness you would offer someone you love deeply.

How have you been showing up for YOU lately?

A Few Questions to Sit With

Do you value YOU? Do you truly value your strengths — the ones that are distinctly, beautifully yours?

In V is for Value, we spoke on this. Take a look again. Not a skim — a real look. Ask yourself whether you have been honouring what you bring, or whether you have been quietly diminishing it.

Have YOU made time for rest recently?

And no — not the three-hour sleep you got last night. Not the kind of rest where your body is horizontal but your mind is still running through tomorrow's to-do list. The kind of rest we reflected on in R is for Rest. The deep, restorative, guilt-free rest that your whole self is asking for.

When did you last have that?

Have you been quiet recently?

Not just the absence of noise — but truly quiet. Still. Present.

What did YOU hear in that stillness? By any chance, could you hear the birds chirping playfully among the leaves? The wind moving through something? The sound of your own breathing, steady and alive?

How did that make YOU feel in the moment?

Q is for Quietness is worth returning to if it has been a while since you gave yourself that gift.

Did YOU remember to check your passion tank recently?

Is it half full — or half empty? And which perspective are you choosing to hold onto?

P is for Passion reminded us that passion is not a luxury. It is fuel. It is the thing that makes you feel most alive. If your tank has been running low, that is not a small thing. That is worth paying attention to.

Are YOU being — truly being — allowing yourself to connect to the flow of all life?

Not rushing through it. Not managing it. Not performing it.

Just being in it. Present. Open. Whole.

B is for Being was an early letter, and perhaps one worth revisiting now that you have twenty-four more days of reflection behind you. You may find it lands differently this time.

This Moment Is Yours

These are just a few of the questions worth sitting with today. There are twenty-four letters behind us — twenty-four doorways, twenty-four invitations to look more honestly at your life and yourself.

This is not a test. There are no right answers. There is only you, and the quiet willingness to ask.

So take a breath. Set the phone down for a moment. And just be with YOU — because YOU deserve that pause. YOU deserve that care. YOU deserve to be seen, even if only by yourself, even if only for a few quiet minutes today.

The last letter is coming. But before we get there — how are YOU, really?

Reflect: Just for YOU

  • How have you genuinely been showing up for yourself over the last 24 days? Not for others — for YOU. What does your honest answer tell you?

  • Which of the 24 letters has stayed with you the most? Go back and read it again today. What do you notice this time that you did not notice before?

  • What is one thing YOU have been withholding from yourself — rest, joy, permission, honesty — that you are ready to give yourself today?

  • If YOU could write a letter to yourself right now, what is the one thing you most need to hear?

This one is personal — and I mean that. How are YOU doing? Write to us at [email protected]. Your words matter.
