Gratitude A–Z

Extras: Your Circle

How could I leave this journey without a few extras? Today is a pause — a moment to take inventory of the people in your life who always show up, who tell you the truth without trampling your spirit.

How could I leave this journey without some extras?

This journey has been a process — and it has sparked a conversation with you. I would very much like to continue just a little bit more.

Take a Moment

Think about the people in your circle.

Family. Friends. Coworkers.

Do you celebrate them?

Who are those people who challenge you? Who are those people who motivate you, who let you know the truth without trampling on your self-esteem? Have you ever paused to reflect on this?

Take a moment to sit with those questions. And when you do, think about your gratitude journey — and how these individuals have factored into your life.

Now ask yourself: have you been showing up for them? And in what ways have you been?

The Inventory

Today is about a moment to pause and take inventory of the details that have significant impact in our lives.

This inventory matters. It helps us understand when there is stock that no longer serves us. And yes — without trampling in this moment — sometimes we find ourselves giving energy to toxic networks while neglecting the nurturing ones.

That is not a judgement. It is simply what happens when we are not paying attention.

Celebrate and Honour

Today is about pausing to acknowledge, celebrate, and share with those individuals who pour into us.

Reach out to them. Rest with them. Be quiet with them. Be of service to them.

Take a moment to allow that continued flow — by recognising and honouring the people who show up for you, who tell you the truth with love, who hold space for who you are becoming.

They are part of your gratitude story too.

Who in your circle deserves a moment of recognition today? What is one way you can honour them this week?
